At GRAN HOTEL CONDE DUQUE we are aware that when meeting financial targets, companies must not exclusively pursue their own profit while overlooking a top-quality service and the impact of their activities on the environment. That is why the Head of Quality and Environment has set up and implemented a Quality Management System based on the requirements of Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and an Environmental Management System based on the requirements of Regulation 761/2001. Thus, we undertake to:
• Take on national and EU hotel and catering trends and regulations as our own. GRAN HOTEL CONDE DUQUE also undertakes to fulfil environmental legislation and regulations in force that apply to it on account of its activity and geographical location.
• Establish ongoing improvement as a fundamental principle for action, based on prevention instead of cure.
• Optimise human and material resources, including raw materials, aimed at ongoing improvement in the efficiency of our processes and respect for the Environment, preventing pollution.
• Sensitise and train all personnel on Quality and Environment matters and on the Management Systems that the organization fulfils.
• Encourage suggestions from personnel in order to enhance processes and operations and foster improvement in the field of environment protection.
• Aim for customer satisfaction in terms of prices, reliability, delivery times, capabilities and confidentiality.
Every member of the Organisation staff is aware of and understands GRAN HOTEL CONDE DUQUE’s Quality and Environment Management Policy and the latter is available for any member of the public who wishes to learn about it.
The GRAN HOTEL CONDE DUQUE Management revises the Quality and Environment Management Policy to make sure that it is kept up-to-date.
