Certifications

From 2005, the Hotel is being certified  in the Quality system  ISO 9001, in the Environmental management system  ISO 14001 and in The EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
We are also proud to announce that the Hotel was awarded with the 2005 Business Environment Prize (in the Sustainable Tourism category) as a recognition to all the efforts done to improve our environment. This award is organized  by the Community of Madrid, the Madrid Trade and Industry Chamber of Commerce and the CEIM - Enterprise Confederation of Madrid.
